Airport Pick-up Procedures

American Eagle Services MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, We have established the following pick up procedures:

BWI, Dulles, and All Other Nationwide Airports

Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign.

Reagan National Airport

Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. You Must call us Before coming out of terminal, at 1-703-763-4466. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

International Travelers

Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.

Union Station

Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.

Please call our toll free number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation.

If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our toll free number so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are

Meet-and-greet fee may apply for driver meeting passenger inside terminal.
